Todd Wille, President and Chief Executive Officer
Todd Wille became the president and chief executive officer of Unify in November 2000. Mr. Wille joined Unify in August 1995
and served until 1997 as the corporate controller, vice president, finance, and chief financial officer. Prior to Unify, Mr. Wille was
with FRx Software serving as the vice president of finance and chief financial officer and senior vice president of operations. In 2008,
Mr. Wille was named Best Turnaround Executive in America by the American Business Awards (ABA), also known as the Stevie Awards. Mr. Wille
received a B.A. degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance and management information systems from Wartburg College.
Duane George, Senior Vice President of Product Development and CTO
Duane George has served as CTO since July 2006. Mr. George is responsible for Unify’s product development, customer support, training,
documentation, quality control and assurance. Mr. George is responsible for defining the technology strategy for company’s products and services
and implementing projects aligned to that strategy and delivering all technology applications, systems and solutions that are core to the Company’s
offerings. He began his career as an engineer with the Department of Defense managing the acquisition and implementation of Computer Aided Design
and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems. Subsequently, Mr. George joined the US Space Command to manage strategic space defense initiatives and satellite
Command Control and Communication (C3) programs. He eventually moved into software development, customer support and project management with an emphasis
on customer satisfaction. Mr. George joined Unify in 1995 and has been a core member of the support, consulting and product development teams. He earned
his B.S. in engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Frank Verardi, Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Frank Verardi has been with Unify for more than 20 years and has served in an executive leadership capacity since 2000. Mr. Verardi is currently
responsible for leading worldwide sales for the development, database and migration product portfolio. During his tenure as an executive with the company,
Mr. Verardi has served as vice president and general manager, vice president of technical services, and vice president of worldwide sales and marketing.
Prior to these positions, Mr. Verardi served in various management positions, including vice president of worldwide professional services, vice president
of worldwide product delivery and customer support, and director of client services. Before joining Unify, Mr. Verardi held various positions with Computer
Sciences Corporation, including director of commercial professional services. Mr. Verardi received a B.S. degree in computer science from California State
University, Chico.
Steve Soren, Vice President of Business Development
Steven Soren joined Unify in August 2008 as the vice president of business development. Mr. Soren is responsible for sales and developing new
relationships for the company’s public sector practice. Mr. Soren has extensive experience with federal, state and local government sales, the
creation and management of specialized solution groups, and automated migration solutions for the mainframe. Prior to Unify, Mr. Soren served
as the vice president, public sector for Ateras, Before Ateras, he was the director of mainframe business development at Computer Associates.
