Team Developer 5.1 Service Pack 2 Now Available! Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Team Developer 5.1 is now available. SP2 delivers many enhancements for the migration of existing TD applications. Areas of enhancement include the application GUI, MDI Windows and the database routers. Many existing Team Developer applications make heavy use of the ability to directly call the Windows API to manipulate Windows, Menus, file access and many other things. Service Pack 2 introduces Winapi support for existing applications and makes sure you can re-use your existing code with a minimum of changes. Additionally, we have provided new documentation to explain how to use Winapi access with Team Developer 5.1 SP2, please see the link below. |

Sabertooth 10 Now Available! New in Sabertooth 10
Why Application Migration Beats Porting The Answer: True .NET Code In porting, the structure and programming conventions of the original environment are kept and the conversion is limited primarily to syntax. In the porting approach, the application relies on a runtime environment that emulates the original programming environment. This makes it difficult to use standard .NET data types, components and techniques after porting. Contact Unify to find out more about using Sabertooth 10.
