Then create a new form window based on class cReportBuilderWindow. This class allows you to initiate the Report Builder ActiveX control. Create a variable “MyReport” of the type ReportBuilder_IReportBuilder. Initiate the RB ActiveX by calling frmReport.GetReportObject( MyReport ). Then you can call the report methods OpenReportFile() and Print() to open and print a .cqt file.
Download the sample code . To make the sample code work, values for the printer variables (sDevice, sDriver, sPort) need to be provided in the code. For the deployment of the Report Builder ActiveX, users need to have a license of Report Builder. Contact Unify Sales for a quote for Report Builder deployment: info@unify.com . |
