A Complete Solution

The Composer Sabertooth migration is a complete solution. Software that automates much of the conversion is combined with services to deliver applications that are ready for testing. This approach ensures that the applications work without requiring in-house application migration expertise. Other upgrades can be performed during the migration, including eliminating obsolete codes such as Window API calls or DDE. Additionally, part of this Sabertooth conversion includes report conversion.

Porting just provides an emulation environment under .NET, but does little to move your applications and programmers into .NET development.
