The Unify management team consists of some of the industry’s most experienced executives, all of whom are focused on developing and delivering innovative products and services.
Jon Pritchard – CEOJon Pritchard holds overall responsibility for Unify’s strategy, business direction and global execution and is a member of the Atos Executive Committee. Jon has spent over 25 years in the IT industry and brings a wealth of business strategy, operations and channels experience to the position of CEO. He was most recently Executive Vice President Channels at Unify, responsible for all indirect channel activities. In this role, he was a driving force in advancing Unify’s mission to become a channel-oriented organization. He revamped and expanded Unify’s channel program to drive significant growth in revenue from the channel.
Prior to joining Unify, Jon was president of Comstor Worldwide, a $2.5 billion channel IT business operating across 40 countries. While President of Comstor, he was responsible for global operations of Westcon's Cisco dedicated business practice. He oversaw operational and strategic sales programs, marketing and business development initiatives, business segmentation planning and organizational development. He also held previous positions at Ingram Micro UK.
Paul Cunningham – Chief Marketing Officer
Paul Cunningham is Chief Marketing Officer at Unify, with global marketing responsibilities for our OpenScape and Circuit solution portfolios. His role spans the Unify propositions within the broader Atos offerings as well as cloud, on-premise and hybrid communication and collaboration solutions to the business market through Unify’s own sales channels.
Paul brings over 25 years’ experience of ICT marketing to the role having worked in a breadth of organizations from large vendors such as Oracle, channel leaders including Westcon through to SaaS start-ups and specialist integration labs, as well as freelance consultancy. The breadth of insights that this varied career has given Paul are invaluable for Unify’s development within an industry that continues to reshape rapidly and disruptively.
Thomas Veit – Executive Vice President of Sales, EastThomas Veit is responsible for all of Unify’s sales activities across Europe (except Germany and Spain), Russia, Middle East, Africa, and APAC. He oversees all direct and indirect sales activities and resources in those regions. Thomas previously led Unify’s channel organization in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia (EMEAR) and APAC, where he successfully expanded Unify’s business with new and existing partners and led those counties to growth. Thomas has more than 20 years of experience and success in building pan-EMEA channels and overall business. He previously held leadership positions at organizations including Avaya, where he was Managing Director of International Channels, and at SonicWALL, Ingram Micro EMEA and Cisco.
Trevor Connell – Executive Vice President of Sales, WestTrevor Connell is responsible for all of Unify’s sales activities across North America, Latin America, the UK, Germany and Spain. In the role, he oversees Unify’s direct and indirect sales activities and resources. Trevor is a highly regarded and professional sales and commercial leader and has extensive experience running national and international teams, delivering demonstrable business value. He has held a number of sales leadership roles with Unify, most recently leading direct sales activities, with particular focus on the mid-market and Global Service Providers. He joined the company in 1996 as a Commercial Manager and has held a variety of positions including: Managing Director - West Region, Vice President BA-Global Sales Commercial Sector, Senior Vice President BA-Global Sales, VP Sales Operations EMEA, VP Sales Operations EMEA & Asia Pacific and SVP Direct Sales EMEA & Asia Pacific.
Nabil Batlouni – Senior Vice President, Unify France
Nabil Batlouni is responsible for driving and building the Unify business through Atos in France and is a member of the Unify Executive Committee. Nabil brings 34 years of wide-ranging experience from the Aerospace, Electronics and Media industries in the fields of P&L management, M&A, business integration, large real-time software systems program management and international business development.
He worked at NYSE Euronext as CIO Europe and Global Head of Projects. Previously, he was COO of Technicolor Network Services, COO of Canal+ Technologies. Earlier in his career, Nabil spent 17 years at Thomson-CSF (now Thales). Nabil holds a management and engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris. He has been visiting professor of project management at Telecom ParisTech, also one of France’s top-tier engineering schools.
Luiz Domingos – Head of Product House
Luiz Domingos leads Unify’s Product House, with responsibility for all of Unify’s portfolio strategy, innovation and the global software development teams. Luiz has over 25 years of experience leading global development teams to deliver high quality enterprise communication solutions, network management products, and cloud services to the market.
Prior to this role, Luiz has held a number of senior positions in Unify’s Product House organization, most recently leading R&D for the Large enterprise portfolio spanning Voice, UC, Contact Center, and Trading solutions. Previously, he was responsible for development of Circuit, bringing Unify’s first pure cloud offering to market and transitioning Unify to Agile product development methodologies.
Luiz attended the Federal University in Curitiba, Brazil and holds a dual Bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and is listed as inventor in several patents with the US Patent office.
Matthias Mueller – SVP Services
Matthias Mueller is the Senior Vice President of Services and a member of the Unify S&P executive committee. He is responsible for the development and growth of services in the channel and mid-markets globally. Matthias has a long history with Unify working in Services, Development and Consulting in the enterprise and carrier markets.
Matthias and his team ensure delivery of services worldwide leading the way with our mantra Partner and Customer First. A strong proponent of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, he ensures constant focus on service innovation and excellence while working closely with our partners and customers to ensure there is an in-depth understanding of their needs and perspectives throughout Unify.
Matthias has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and a Master Business Administration in International Telecommunications Management from the University of Fribourg.
Simeon Irvine, Chief Financial OfficerSimeon Irvine is the Chief Financial Officer for Unify and a member of the Unify Executive Committee. Simeon has over 15 years’ management experience in the ICT Industry, joining Unify in 2015 from Cable & Wireless where he held leadership positions in Finance and in their wholesale network business. His early career at Ernst & Young afforded him the opportunity to achieve professional qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales (ACA). Simeon also holds a Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Durham University, UK.
Udo Littke - Chief HR OfficeUdo Littke was appointed Chief HR Officer of Unify in February 2016, following the completed acquisition by Atos. Udo Littke has been a Member of the Management Board of Atos Germany since 2011 and Senior Vice President responsible for Human Resources since February 2014, in addition to his role as labor director.
He began his career in 1989 at Siemens AG and after gaining experience in controlling he assumed responsibility in delivery and sales units. Since 1998 his career included several leadership positions, two long-term assignments abroad, and a range of transformation projects. In-depth involvement in leadership values, especially within large-scale organizations, has been a focus of his throughout his career.
Simon Minett – Head of Global Sales Operations
Simon leads Unify’s Global Sales Operations organization, where he has responsibility for Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Business Operations and the company’s global partner program. Simon brings over twenty-five years experience in Services, Sales, Business Operations and Supply Chain management. Having held a number of executive-level positions, he is experienced in developing business strategy and managing change in fast paced IT channel-orientated businesses, and has a strong understanding of the technology channel sales model through IT distribution and IT resellers. Prior to Unify, Simon was at Westcon Group where he was most recently EVP of Operations with a focus on business transformation, Global Service Providers, procurement and the supply chain. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Greenwich.
Joe Ziskin - Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy
Joe Ziskin is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy and a member of the Senior Executive Team. He is responsible for driving strategic execution and transformation programs.
Joe combines deep experience in strategy development and execution with a success career in consulting and systems integration. He previously was Vice President of Corporate Strategy at IBM where he was a leader in building IBM’s business in Mobile, Cloud and the Telecommunications Industry. He also spent 10 years in strategy and technology consulting.
Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Management at Boston University.
Demont Rainge – Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain
Demont Rainge leads Unify’s Global Supply Chain organization and is a member of the Unify Executive Committee. As EVP of Global Supply Chain, Demont has responsibility for Order Management, Demand Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, Import and Export Compliance, Service Logistics, Inventory Management, Delivery and Reverse Logistics.
Demont brings 20+ years of Global Supply Chain experience. He started his career with Siemens in 1993where he gained experience in manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, quality and logistics. He has held several leadership roles through his career. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Supply Chain for North America, Latin America, China and UK, where he successfully developed Supply Chain strategies to keep up with the ever transforming market. Demont has experience managing end-to-end Supply Chains throughout several regions, with a track record of delivering continuous improvement, while engaging employees around a common vision and mission.
